In order to function effectively, corporations require more pushers than reluctants. The pushers are the visionaries. They sell the followers on their vision of how the business can improve. It is clear that corporations with a culture of pushing are more successful than those that are afraid of change. Freedom to innovate is a hallmark of a pushy organization.

Who are the ‘powers-that-be’? In our business – providing software tools for work management – they are responsible for managing systems for the owner corporation.
