Spreadsheets, Lists, and Words: Data in the Project Management Process

The use of an integrated project management solution that can handle a variety of different project types and complexities is an effective way to ensure that projects will not be left with a need for armies of staff to maintain complex spreadsheets and schedules. Instead the integrated system would enable fewer people to leverage their data non-redundantly and faster than is possible with the prevailing approach today.

Managing a project or a turnaround involves far more than can be done in Primavera's P6 or MS project alone. They can be a part of the solution; however, it's the management of the rest of the spreadsheet and databases that is the primary problem that TeamWork 2k resolves. The sheer number of people that are used to manage projects and turnarounds today can be reduced, and those that remain can have a significantly better work product by using TeamWork 2k.
