myProjects
Create and review all aspects of a project, including:

Estimate costs, develop budgets, and analyze costs. myCosts provides processes for:
- Breaking down project work into cost-based work packages and work items (based typically on the standard WBS)
- Detailed estimating of labor, materials, contracting, and other costs associated with executing the scope of work
- Developing budgets for original scope and for scope additions or reductions
- Requesting approval for route and track from appropriate project and corporate personnel
- Providing assessments of forecast costs for each budget line item

Plan and schedule a project’s details, including:
- Breaking down project scope into execution work packages
- Further break down work packages into work items (activities, tasks) that will be accomplished primarily by a crew
- Systematically defining the crew craft labor, equipment, and consumables requirements for each work item
- Linking the work items into a logically-executable sequence of work within the work package
- Defining the target and physical objectives in the completion of the work in a work item
- Ensuring that safety issues with each work item are identified and presented to crews
- Creating and maintaining an electronic (paperless) work package management system for distribution to field execution personnel
- Providing a live scheduling system, ensuring that the latest changes to scope, plan, and progress are always included in the latest project reports
- Providing the means to drive the entire scheduling process automatically, using business rules to manage the allocation of limited resources to higher priority work
